If so, we want you to join our team as a Graphic Designer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of clients from various industries and create stunning visual content that resonates with their audiences.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our social media strategists and content creators to develop creative concepts for social media campaigns.
Design captivating and on-brand graphics for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
Create eye-catching visuals for social media ads, infographics, and promotional materials.
Continuously stay updated on design trends and best practices for social media platforms.
Translate client briefs and objectives into visually compelling designs that align with their brand identity.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Work closely with our Founder to incorporate their feedback and make necessary revisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in graphic design, particularly for social media marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging and effective social media graphics.
Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, Capcut, etc.) is a plus.

Collaborate with our social media strategists to develop content strategies that align with client objectives.
Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for various social media platforms, including both in-studio and on-site at client locations across the GTA.
Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns, posts, and stories.
Write compelling copy and captions that resonate with target audiences.
Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
Monitor social media trends and stay updated on platform algorithms and best practices.
Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster meaningful connections.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to ensure cohesive content creation.
Qualifications:
3-5 years proven experience in content creation roles for social media marketing.
Exceptional video filming and editing skills, with experience using video editing software such as InShot, CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Valid driver's license and access to a car for on-site content creation across the GTA.
Strong writing skills and the ability to craft compelling copy.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform content strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
